The service
OneHSCode is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that lets users search and compare customs tariff nomenclatures across official sources. Depending on your plan, the service may include an AI Advisor for research assistance and API access for system integration.
Informational nature of results
Search results, comparisons, and AI Advisor responses are guidance only. They do not constitute official tariff classification, binding customs rulings, legal advice, or customs brokerage services. You must validate any information with the competent authority or qualified professional before relying on it for import, export, compliance, or commercial decisions.
Accounts, organizations, and users
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your organization. Team features, projects, usage limits, and entitlements depend on your active plan. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
Acceptable use
You may use OneHSCode only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not abuse the service, attempt to bypass usage limits, perform unauthorized scraping or bulk extraction, interfere with service availability, resell access without authorization, or use the API for unlawful or harmful activities.
Plans, limits, and consumption
Each plan includes specific monthly limits for web searches, AI Advisor cases, API calls, seats, projects, and related features as published on the pricing page. Usage beyond included limits may require a plan upgrade or add-on. We may apply rate limits to protect service stability.
Billing and renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through Paddle unless otherwise agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices, features, and limits are those shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply according to Paddle and applicable law.
Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise required by law or stated in the refund policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, abuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or if required for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to any data retention obligations.
Intellectual property
OneHSCode, its software, branding, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator. Official tariff texts remain subject to their respective authorities. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service according to your plan.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. OneHSCode is not liable for customs decisions, duties, taxes, penalties, or business losses arising from reliance on search or AI results, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and contact
