Information we process

Payments
Payments are processed by Paddle. Paddle may collect and process billing, payment, tax, and transaction information under its own terms and privacy policy. OneHSCode does not request, store, or process full payment card numbers on our servers.
AI Advisor
AI Advisor queries may be sent to an external AI provider to generate a response. We send only the information needed to answer your question. Do not submit passwords, API keys, trade secrets, or unnecessary personal data. AI responses are guidance only and are not binding customs classification or legal advice. Conversations may be retained for a limited period for service quality, security, and usage metering, then deleted or anonymized according to our retention settings.
